Three minutes to the chalk-white sandy beach
Skateholms Camping is a child-friendly family campsite in a quiet area on the south coast of Skåne, between Trelleborg and Ystad. Stay in a caravan, motorhome, tent or holiday home – pets are welcome.
From Route 9 to the Baltic Sea
From the reception at the entrance, a short walk takes you through the campsite, past the service building and down to the beach.

On the campsite you will also find a kiosk, barbecue area, boule courts, mini golf, a playground and a simple volleyball court. The kiosk is also the reception, where you check in and out and can buy LPG.
Around Beddingestrand
Sun and swimming
The chalk-white sandy beach is a three-minute walk from the campsite.
Hiking and cycling
Walk along the beach or in the pine forest. Sydkustleden, the cycle route between Trelleborg and Ystad, passes right by.
Smygehuk and the towns
Visit Smygehuk, Sweden’s southernmost point, or Ystad and Trelleborg, by car or on bus 190.
Getting here
By car
The campsite is right by Route 9, about 25 km from both Ystad and Trelleborg.
By bus
Bus 190 runs between Trelleborg and Ystad. The nearest stop is Skateholm Brunnsbovägen, about a 10-minute walk away.
Gates
The gates are open from 06:00 to 22:00. At other times, please park outside the campsite.
